Quotes

Quotes are free and valid for 30 days. They're based on the information you give us and what we can reasonably see; if the job turns out to be materially different on arrival (e.g. access issues, condition much worse than described), we'll agree any change with you before starting.

The work

We'll carry out the work with reasonable skill and care, using methods and pressures appropriate to each surface. If weather makes the job unsafe or ineffective, we'll rearrange at no cost.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you're not happy with the finish, tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and put it right.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise — bank transfer or cash. Commercial accounts by arrangement.

Liability

We're fully insured for domestic and commercial work. We're not liable for pre-existing defects (loose pointing, cracked seals, blown double glazing and the like), though we'll always point them out if we spot them.
