How much will it cost?
Every job is priced on what's actually there — size, condition and access. Quotes are free, with no obligation: call us or send a photo and rough dimensions and we'll give you an honest price.
Do I need to be home?
Not usually. As long as we can reach the areas being cleaned and there's access to an outside tap where needed, we can crack on while you're out and send photos when we're done.
Are your cleaning products safe for pets, plants and ponds?
Yes — we use eco-friendly solutions and rinse thoroughly. If you have a pond or anything delicate nearby, tell us when you book and we'll cover or work around it.
What if it rains?
Light rain doesn't affect most exterior cleaning — pure-water window cleaning actually dries spotless in rain. If the weather is genuinely too rough we'll rearrange, at no cost to you.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Most of our customers go for every 4 or 8 weeks. Regular visits keep frames and sills from building up grime, and repeat customers get priority booking.
Will pressure washing damage my drive or patio?
Not the way we do it. We match the pressure and technique to the surface — block paving, flags, concrete and tarmac all get treated differently. That's also why roofs are softwashed, never blasted.
Are you insured?
Yes — fully insured for domestic and commercial work. Happy to show documents before we start.
How do I pay?
Once you're happy with the job — bank transfer or cash, whatever suits. No deposits for standard domestic work.
